El presente acuerdo está basado en las siguientes consideraciones operacionales:

Does this simply mean that: service (I assume it refers to loading/unloading) is included in the pricing for pallet storage?
Also, (second point) that: only pallets of the same type of product can be consolidated - what does consolidated mean here>would it be stored in the same chamber?
