This year's Powwow was in Aldea Cuisine Portugaise in St-Laurent, Montréal QC.
We were overall 9 and we spent wonderful moments exchanging and networking. The crux of the matter was interpreters and translators fees on the job market, our challenges and what can be done in order to be more considered by our clients.
We were able to discover few faces behind our Proz profile and we had fun!!!
On the menu, there was vegetable soup..., duck, fish and veal with delicious desserts. You missed!!!!
On leaving the place, we thought it wise to be meeting up more frequently in Montreal. One of our colleague freelancer, Josh proposed the Montreal Meetup for translators apart from Powwows which was a very brillant idea.
