As you already said, I am afraid it is a little bit too late to include further questions. But a lot of translators, especially the British, wrote to me that they usually work with MemoQ. Have you any experience with this tool? Thus I am thinking about doing this usability survey with MemoQ as well, since it seems to be pretty popular.

In spite of coming rather late (it hardly existed at the time of the Lagoudaki survey), memoQ has managed to carve itself a nice share of a crowded and competitive market. It ought to have been included in the short list of the company you're making your thesis for, as it's equally popular with translation companies and translators.

If I were you I would drop either Across or XTM from your shortlist and include memoQ instead.

As I already announced before, I now added MemoQ to my survey. So, if you work or have experience with this translation tool, please share your knowledge with me and all the other translators out there!
