Here is a suggestion, using Wordfast Pro:
1. Open the source .MIF in Wordfast Pro, save as TXML and export to bilingual review. 2. Do the same with the translated .MIF 3. Edit both bilingual reviews in Word deleting everything except the source column. 4. Use any aligner you want, since what you have are two Word files.
If you get lots of tags in your TXML, you may want to delete them in the bilingual review. It's easy to do it since they all have the same style (tw4winInternal).
You can of course use the same method with any CAT tool that supports .MIF as input and can export to a Word table: memoQ, Déjà Vu, Studio etc.
Wordfast Pro is convenient, since the demo version allows you to do it without time restrictions.

Come to think of it, you may want to try the Wordfast Online Aligner: http://autoaligner.freetm.com/ I think it supports MIF (since the format is supported by Wordfast Anywhere), but I've never tried it myself.
