I\'ve just received a message telling me how to remove a virus called jdbgmgr.exe automatically spread through address books. This is apparently a \"common\" joke and if you get the same kind of email, do not remove the file - it would prevent some Java applets from running correctly.

I\'ve just received a message telling me how to remove a virus called jdbgmgr.exe automatically spread through address books. This is apparently a \"common\" joke and if you get the same kind of email, do not remove the file - it would prevent some Java applets from running correctly.

If you got that email and removed the file already, go to http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/jdbgmgr.exe.file.hoax.html

You\'ll get some information about this \"joke\" and instructions to restore jdbgmgr.exe on your machine.
