This is a financial document to do with financial settlements. Not sure what this means. I know cartera can mean "portfolio" or "debt" Prejurídico - no idea. any help would be much appreciated. thanks

Explanation:
In the Uru branch of the US Bank I used to work at, this Department of function was known as "Problem Loans", and loans there were under review prior to taking any legal action to obtain repayment.

This is an attempt at translation of the term circumventing the need to paraphrase and explain what it is instead.

  -> Tks Richard!! Yes, "Delinquent" is also possible, only the "Problem Loans Dept" handled those loans tht were way past merely delinquent, they were already in a pre-lawsuit stage. Regards.
