Explanation:
Za dlugo nie mieszkam w Polsce zeby wiedziec czy teraz uzywa sie "starszenstwa" jak chodzi o pierwszenstwo. Na przyklad dwie hipoteki zarejestrowane na nieruchomosci maja pierwszenstwo jedna przed sruga a o starszenstwie nigdy nie slyszalem. Ale w Polsce tak sie wszystko zmienia ze kto wie - moze i straszenstwo.
