Hello,
I´m not exactly sure of what the word "break" means in the following sentence:

"Their hearts will be soft and good and don't conflict with anything. Even if you don't break peace, you may check your heart if it tumbles even a little bit in a small matter."

Based on the context, I´m guessing it is something like "obtener/tener paz"... is it?

"break peace" es "violar la paz". l
La idea es que aún en el caso de que su buen corazón no lo conduzca a conflictos grandes (en los cuales la violencia destruye la paz), conviene controlar el corazón (la paz interna) en asuntos de menor envergadura.
Sé que literariamente esto no es una buena solución; pero estoy seguro del sentido.

entiendo que "sus corazones a ellos" son "buenos", por consequencia existe "la paz" entre "ellos"; y tú por tu parte, tienes que asegurarte de que no rompas esa paz, incluso que no dejes que tu actitud hacia "ellos" se ponga negativa

Quebrantar la Paz


Explanation:
En Ingles el verbo "break" significa "quebrar o quebrantar". Lo mas literario aqui y mas correcto seria "quebrantar la paz". El pasaje suena como algo Biblico lo cual apoyaria mi respuesta. Era importante, en el lenguaje biblico esa palabra. "Corazon quebrantado, pactos quebrantados, etc." para definir las relaciones que tenia Dios con su pueblo. Espero ayude.
