Cleaning with a brush
Explanation:
Basically "to apply or remove with a brush", but in this case would refer specifically to the widely-recommended practice of cleaning the keys with a paintbrush. I'm not aware of a clean one-to-one translation for this in English.

The term occurs in the reference I've cited in a different context (viz., cookery), but the meaning would be the same in the asker's context.

brush off

Explanation:
The first thing that automatically came to my mind was to brush out...

But when I really think about it, I just might say brush off your keyboard. Of course you could say brush out the dust between the keys. Then again you could just go ahead and say: Dust off your keyboard using a duster pen.

I doubt you will find a one-word expression. I would go with: Dust off keyboard as it gets the meaning across and that is what it is all about.
