Para las ciudades el término es Syndicat d'initiative o Office du tourisme. Pero aquí se trata también de la dimensión de región autonoma. No existe lo mismo exactamente en Francia, es una sugerencia que se acerca.

Explanation:
Dans ce contexte (certificado académico), je laisserais le terme en espagnol. On pourrait éventuellement ajouter une petite clarification entre parenthèses du type "(organisme municipal de promotion du tourisme).

En tout cas, sur la version française du site web de cet organisme, on a laissé d'abord le nom en espagnol en y ajoutant "office de tourisme" comme équivalent (ce qui ne me semble pas trop exact, puisque une office de tourisme pourrait normalement n'être qu'une partie de ce type d'organisme, gérée par celui-ci. Salut!
