Explanation:
I like resilience. Either 'ability to work under pressure' or resilience are perfectly acceptable. But given the context, I think resilience has a more refined, almost poetic tone that might be more appropriate for a high-level CEO, as opposed the more mundane 'thrives under pressure' (If he's the CEO he is likely to be applying rather than receiving the pressure). But either way is correct. Just my two-cents.
