peer agreement (net): +5training and qualification Explanation: You're right, both of them mean "training" , but "capacitação" is a wider term which for me is closer to "qualification". "Capacitação" in a general way means , making a person capable of performing a position in a company and giving all the information and tools that he/she might need.
