This description refers to a specific diagram which I am unable to copy/paste onto here. This document is about the Gulf Conformity Mark. After للشعار in this sentence there's the symbol of "O" or zero with a diagonal on it. (I haven't been able to find that symbol in the large symbol gallery.)
