Spanish term or phrase: punto acometida
Hi Everyone,

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of information about this text, other than that the client is Spanish and they want universal English. It's from an excerpt about a rainwater drainage network, all I have is a little more than a paragraph.

Red De Pluviales

I've seen *acometida* translated as connection, junction, port, lead-in cable, but always in the context of electronics and electrical engineering. This is talking about rainwater drainage, so what would the right word be? Thank you all for your help.

Unless I am missing something here, then I think it is as simple as that. It is the point where the rainwater pipe will connect to the general sewer pipe
