Spanish term or phrase: piso técnico
[...] los elementos e instalaciones de terminación (red de datos y telefonía interna, piso técnico, [...]

This term comes in a list of finishing components and installations in a technical specifications document. I think it refers to "technical flooring". Can anyone confirm?

I've found a lot of hits online for technical flooring, like:

raised floor / access floor

Explanation:
I'm sure this is already in the glossary somewhere.

The floor has a gap underneath for all the cables, etc.
