Cuando se registra una marca existe el titular y el representante de ella.
He visto muchas acepciones para cada uno dependiendo el contexto.
¿Qué será lo correcto en éste?

Gracias.

Owner / Representative

Explanation:
http://www.linguee.es/ingles-espanol/traduccion/brand owner....

The brand name is quite often used interchangeably with "brand", although it is more correctly used to specifically denote written or spoken linguistic elements of any product. In this context a "brand name" constitutes a type of trademark, if the brand name exclusively identifies the brand owner as the commercial source of products or services. A brand owner may seek to protect proprietary rights in relation to a brand name through trademark registration and such trademarks are called "Registered Trademarks".

I'm quite sure about brands/trademarks having owners, but I'm not quite so sure about representatives.

agent (patent)

(may be referred to as a practitioner or representative) - one who is not an attorney but is authorized to act for or in place of the applicant(s) before the Office, that is, an individual who is registered to practice before the Office.

http://www.uspto.gov/main/glossary/#atty

Because I don't know whether you need UK or US English, representative could fit, although in the US, I've seen they refer to representative, practitioner and attorneys.
