"Baja" can often be translated as "cancellation" and in this case, where we don't have enough context to know exactly what type of "baja" it refers to, I tend to error on the side of caution.

Indeed, "baja por enfermedad" does refer to sick leave, but from the context given here, I don't see anything that confirms 100% that this is the type of "baja" being referred to.

agree  Charles Davis: Best term all round, I'd say. "Reporte de violaciones" is also open to interpretation... // It could mean termination (in the non-Arnie sense) but doesn't necessarily, and that's why it shouldn't be used (which is basically what you said).
