An order would recite all of the previous proceedings. However a "short form order" is typically limited to the facts and findings of the question at hand. A Short form order was issued on March 19th 2013, after pretrial conference, New York County Matrimonial division, giving my ex exclusive use of the marital residence, a rental property with a lease signed during the course of the marriage, and in the names of both parties. I believe the facts presented to the court granting this order were in error, and presented incorrectly or misrepresented.
