This is about selling financial products. I don't think 'charges' fits. Could it be something like 'compulsory sales targets' or 'compulsory actions'?

Uno de los significados de carga según la RAE es obligación:

8. f. Obligación aneja a un estado, empleo u oficio.

Por el contexto que das, entiendo que este es el significado. Lo de "compulsory", creo que queda redundante, incluso en el texto en español, "carga" ya supone una obligación...

Asker: Thanks María, I think they wanted to say that there is some kind of monitoring of agents, to make sure they offer products to customers and hit targets. Perhaps duties is more accurate, as it implies responsibility and action, rather than just responsibilities (bearing in mind that it is related to their 'Agendas Comerciales') Thanks to you both (Neil included)
