Explanation:
L'expression "en termes de" signifie en français "dans le vocabulaire de", et est donc, de ce fait, non appropriée ici. "En matière de" est donc la formule adéquate.

"To be half way between", j'éviterai le terme "situer" car il n'est pas question de localisation géographique, du coup "s'inscrire entre" traduit bien l'idée de positionnement entre deux concepts.

Souvent "is" en anglais doit se traduire par avoir parce qu'on n'a pas la bonne catégorie grammaticale, là je pense qu'on parle des caractéristiques de l'objet et que "heating" est à prendre au sens général de confort thermique plus que de chauffage au sens propre, le système étant probablement absent ou sommaire

On ne vend pas ici un type de chauffage, ni un abri, mais bien l'idée de confort pour les gens qui louent cet abri dans les arbres qui doté d'un poêle à bois. Ce n'est pas un fabricant qui vend son module.
