Safety / factory emergency evacuation plan
Italian term or phrase: Non creare allarmismi.
We all know what it means, but what is the right term in English?

I've just told them to "Abandon the work area in a calm and orderly manner" - "Do not run".

Now, "non creare allarmismi" ...

Do you think I can put "Do not panic"?

Hi Alexandra, this might be an option. Take a look at the link.

Keep calm in the event of an emergency, and avoid causing panic among others. Do not push, run, or shout.

Do not engage in alarmist behaviour

Explanation:

I don't think "do not panic" would be right here, since what the original is asking is to not generate alarmism and to not trigger panic in other workers.
I realize my translation may sound a tad formal, but that's definitely the meaning of the phrase and I think the formal tone is still appropriate.

Don't hit the panic button

Explanation:
another, perhaps more colloquial, way:

Hit the panic button - The Free Dictionary

A signal for a hasty emotional response to an emergency: Stay calm; there's no need to hit the panic button. American Heritage® Dictionary of the English ...

But "Don't panic" is also fine

Do not cause alarm

Explanation:
the longer, more formal version would be /do not create cause for alarm (in others)/ but I think this is enough, to the point and is what the Italian says
