bridge stent [see below] Explanation: I would translate this as "end-to-side mucosa-to-mucosa pancreaticojejunal anastomosis over an internalized bridge stent". Essentially, this means a stent was placed within the pancreatic duct (ducto de Wirsung) to "guide" anastomosis between the two ends of the pancreaticojejunostomy.
