Complementos de vencimiento periódico superior al mes.
Pagas extraordinarias.—La totalidad de los trabajadores afectados por el presente convenio percibirán anualmente una gratificación extraordinaria en los meses de julio y diciembre, pagadera en cada uno de los meses indicados, abonándose ambas antes del día 15 de su mes respectivo.
Cada una de estas pagas extraordinarias consistirá en una mensualidad del salario base del convenio más la antigüedad de cada trabajador y el complemento personal de antigüedad consolidada, en su caso.
Siempre que exista acuerdo entre la empresa y el trabajador, las empresas afectadas por este convenio colectivo, podrán, a efectos de simplificar la confección de nóminas, prorratear este pago durante los doce meses del año.
