Explanation:
If I understand correctly, these are titles before the person's name. I have translated tons of documents from Mexico where "Licenciado" is very common.

As such, I leave them as they are in the original text, with a gloss if necessary (I put Licenciado in italics - and Prof. is transparent, although a "Professor" in English is not necessarily the same as a "Profesor" in Spanish).

La Comisión Fulbright de Quito, Ecuador, nos ha dado ciertas pautas para las traducciones de documentos académicos. Una de ellas es poner "Academic title" cuando aparecen títulos como "Economista", "Licenciado", etc. que son muy comunes en Ecuador para designar a las personas y va colocado antes del nombre, por ej., "Economista xxx", y nos han aconsejado utilizar "Academic title" entre corchetes antes del nombre.
Es una opción.
