Spanish term or phrase: cuadrilla (in this context)
I'm doing a chapter on the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and the text is from Chile. From what I can tell, "cuadrilla" means 'worksheet' in this context, but I can't find this meaning of the word anywhere.

MV: So Annex 6-C is a multi-column table with column heads, stubs, and at the bottom a few specific questions to answer. I would feel safer if someone else could confirm that my guess is correct -- or come up with a better idea.

Explanation:
From the context it sounds like it could be a 'chart'; not sure.

grid/ template

Explanation:
"Cuadrilla" suggests a grid format, but there are other types of exam template.

So, as I understand it, "Cuadrilla de Examen" -> "Exam template".

Having compared both definitions, I still consider that "template" is a better option than "blueprint" in this specific case, whatever the OSCE manual may say. However, as long as it isn't inserted in the glossary, I suppose there's no harm done. "Cuadrilla" translates as "grid" in several areas, for example Geoscience, and this is an exam template in grid format. QED.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks, Neil. You were definitely on track. But since the OSCE is so specific, I felt it better to go along with their own term, which I found after posting the question.

Reference: Ejemplo de Una cuartilla

Reference information:

Asker: Thank you. This probably the origin of the Spanish translation of English 'blueprint'.
