English translation:Discussion science
Explanation:
Or "Science/s for discussion", as the courses mentioned (philosophy, ethics, politics…) all involve a large discussion component.
I don't think there will be anything set in stone for this particular beastie.

PS: The word "sciences" in plural always seems a bit strange to me in English.

In fact, "discursive sciences" is probably how I would translate ""ciencias de la discusión" elsewhere in the text (i.e. not in the heading).

I would keep science out of it as just doesn't work in English in this context

agree  philgoddard: I agree with "discursive", though I'd describe them as subjects, not sciences. They're the opposite of exact sciences such as mathematics and chemistry, which are about universal truths rather than opinions.

-> Yes, "discursive subjects" may be the best option, although I'm not sure what I'd do with the heading.

rhetorical sciences

Explanation:
It´s not exactly common, but there are quite a few references, especially in relation to the Arabic Rhetorical Sciences, and it would seem to fit here rather nicely.

'Discursive sciences' reminds me of discourse analysis (from linguistics), which would appear to be very different.

Thus, I would probably render this as:
