La política de la Compañía respecto a la calidad es la de realizar nuestros servicios de acuerdo con los requisitos y necesidades de nuestros clientes, así como con los requisitos legales y cualquier otro que se suscriba, sin aceptar ningún compromiso que pueda afectar estos principios. Siendo el análisis permanente de resultados y la mejora continúa el método básico de gestión. I must say, I simply don't seem to see the subject of the SEAN RESPETADAS. The "Política de Calidad" is singular; the "Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad" is singular. Of course, the "requisitos y necesidades" and the "requisitos legales" are plural, but they see to be too far away from the SEAN RESPETADAS to be the subject. However, I don't see what else would be 'respected by everyone'. Suggestions?

As you say yourself, "política de Calidad" is singular, and "Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad" is also singular — but you’ve missed the point that together these are plural. And that’s what “sean” is referring back to, in my opinion.

How you translate “respetar” here will also make it clearer. It often translates as “comply with”, but personally I prefer “adhered to” in this case.

Here’s my understanding of the passage, and how I might translate it:

“Para ello la Dirección se compromete a cumplir fielmente la política de Calidad expuesta en este documento, cuyo objetivo es desarrollar y mejorar continuamente el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad así como velar porque sean respetadas por todas las personas que integran y/o colaboran con la empresa.”

“To this end, the Management [team] undertakes to fully comply with the Quality Policy set forth in this document, the purpose of which is to develop and continuously improve the Quality Management System, and to ensure that these are adhered to by all persons who join and/or collaborate with the company.”

Actually, I had considered the possibility that the plural SEAN referred to both the "politica de calidad" and the "Sistema de Gestion de la Calidad". agree  Andy Watkinson: But there is also the point that while "política" is feminine, "sistema" is masculine, so it should be "respetados". It's a mistake in the original, but not of singular/plural but of gender.//I'm nitpicking really. Think it's the best option so far
