Si este Acuerdo se rescindiera antes de la conclusión del Proyecto, XYZ podrá seguir disponiendo de la parte de la Contribución que no haya sido utilizada hasta haber satisfecho todos los compromisos y deudas para la ejecución del Proyecto, adquiridos antes de la fecha de conclusión, y se hayan realizado en debida forma las actividades del Proyecto. XYZ no estará obligada a reembolsar los fondos que hubiera podido comprometer de forma irrevocable y de buena fe antes de la fecha de notificación de dicha rescisión. XYZ deberá brindar a ABC un inventario completo de toda las pertenencias y activos facilitados y ***acordar el destino futuro*** de los mismos.
