primary translation ترجمه مبدأ محور/ابتدا محور Explanation: with preserving the "situation of the source text." The translation process involved here defies the traditional approach which views translation as a mere substitution of linguistic and cultural equivalents. It is certainly not in unison with the view of Bible translators (Nida, Taber, among others) and other proponents of ethnocentric translation, who endorse a form of translation practice that quite often results in the re-creation of a piece of art into something far removed from the reality of the culture of the source language. It is a translation process which, in House's (1977) terms, is overt and not covert; it is a primary and not a secondary exercise (Diller and Kornelius, 1978)3 , semantic and not communicative (Newmark, 1981). It is not literal translation per se, but translation written at the level of the source-text culture, in order to ensure that both the translator and the reader are receiving the message at the level of the source-text culture اگر متن بالا را به دقت بخوانید می بینید که اون ترجمه معادل ترجمه ی آشکار هاوس و ترجمه ی معنایی نیومارک است که در واقع با توجه ساختار و فرهنگ متن مبدا انجام می شود حال اگر نخواهیم همان ها را استفاده کنیم و درعین حال معادلی انتخاب کنیم که هم با این واژه هم خوانی داشته باشد و هم مفهوم را برساند من ترجمه ی مبدا محور را مناسب می بینم چون واژه ی پرایمری خود به معنی اصل و آغاز و مبدأ چیزی بودن است |
