Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / indicators / opportunity costs
Spanish term or phrase: sobre
Hi all. I'm checking over a machine translation that includes some financial terms.

My query is about the use of this preposition in the following phrase, which is the name of an indicator:

Costo de oportunidad **sobre** fondos no integrantes de la CUT

Does this simply mean 'of' or 'relating' to, or is in fact 'divided by'? (other opportunity costs are, for example, "opportunity cost of short-term financing" but there are also costs such as "Costo de oportunidad por tiempo de procesamientos (floats) de pagos por medios no electrónicos", if this helps (I'm wondering, by extension, if these 'por's are thus 'multiplied by' in some sense rather than simply 'caused by'.

Finance isn't really my field, so if this an obvious question please excuse my ignorance! The rest of the translation is more general, but I need to make sure the description of indicators makes sense!
