Al día siguiente vómitos niega diarrea, no refiere fiebre, ha tenido sudoración y malestar general, dolor en epigástrio y tiene sensación de vomitar, náuseas ha tenido ardor en epigastrio, ha tomado primperan en 32 ocasiones el lunes y no ha vuelto a tomar ayer solo ha comido arroz con yogur y ha estado en reposo y se ha levantado con vómito acuoso hoy. le da miedo comer y no tiene hambre. Tiene sensación de plenitud abdominal, antecedentes: alérgicos: no patológicos: no qcos: apendicetomía. (a los 10años de edad), tóxicos: fuma 1.5 paquetes de cigarrillos al día. La comida hindú era muy picante, le ha pasado algo similar en otras ocasiones con comidas picantes pero más leve, heces: melena escasa.
