Bonsoir,

Dans un arrêt de la Cour d'appel, concernant les honoraires des avocats pour plusieurs sujets, je trouve les termes "compenso unico" (ou encore "l'aumento deIl’unico onorario")
Je ne trouve pas d'équivalent français, ou en tout cas rien avec certitude.
Peut-on parler "d'honoraires uniques" ??
Voici la phrase :
"Ai sensi dell‘art. 12, comma 2, del d.m. n. 55 del 2014 [....] quando in una causa l'avvocato assiste più soggetti aventi la stessa posìzione processuale, il ***compenso unico*** può di regola essere aumentato per ogni soggetto oltre il primo nella misura del 20 per cento, fino a un massimo di dieci soggetti, e del 5 per cento per ogni soggetto oltre i primi dieci, fino a un massimo di venti".

En effet, l’obligation de conclure une convention d’honoraires n’impose pas de déterminer avec précision, dès l’origine, le montant des honoraires, frais et débours. L’avocat doit informer le client des divers frais, débours et émoluments qu’il pourrait être amené à prendre en charge et déterminer dans la convention d’honoraires les modalités d’engagement et de prise en charge de ces mêmes frais au cours de la mission.

Enfin, des honoraires forfaitaires peuvent être convenus.
