Italian term or phrase: corso
The phrase is "soggetti che organizzano corsi, fiere ed eventi"; in broader context this is referring to types of businesses that can receive a certain benefit from a covid-19 relief bill.

I'm not sure exactly what type of event 'corso' refers to; a couple of my guesses, given the other items in the list, are "parades" or "festivals", neither of which is a common use of the word as far as I know. Any ideas?

Of course...I had discounted this answer because standard full-time educational institutions were mentioned elsewhere, but "courses" here is probably the most appropriate. Sometimes the obvious answer is best. Thanks, Cedric!

Although training always involves "courses" as such, as a general description overview "training" works better in the context/usage here IMO.

parade or procession

Explanation:
I think parade or procession might be right as in 'corso di carnevale' or 'corso mascherato'. The context seems right with 'fiere ed eventi'. It seems to be common enough in that context and Covid-19 did hit Italy at Carnival time.

Example sentence(s):
  • I corsi mascherati sono nuovamente in programma il 23 febbraio.
  • E iniziata la sfilata dei carri allegorici per il quarto corso di Carnevale.
