El Estudio está estructurado en diez bloques diferenciados, en los que se analizan los diferentes países iberoamericanos **atendiendo a si disponen** de normativa específica sobre protección de datos, habeas data o protección de la privacidad, completándose con el análisis de las relaciones con países de América del Norte y la Unión Europea (capítulo en que los autores han analizado la propuesta de Reglamento Europeo), la relación con el acceso a la información y, el análisis de los criterios nacionales para la realización de transferencias internacionales de datos. Creo que una traducción apropiada sería:

  -> You are making me feel 'inadequate' at seeing no adequate answer 1. because it is not 'dependiente de si', 2. the subject is El Estudio and 3. this translation had served me well - in every context - for getting on half a century.
