If your target variety is (North) American English, the most natural-sounding options would not include 'vice rector,' 'postgraduate' (with or without a hyphen) or even 'vice dean,' for that matter --- all terms rarely (to avoid saying never) heard in relation to US universities.

Despite the fact that we use vice-chancellor in the UK, I tend to use the more globally understood "vice-rector" (in Europe, at least) these days, especially as the EUA (European University Association) used to be called the European Rectors’ Conference (conferencia europea de rectores de universidad)

So you will see that "ViceRector(a) in Spanish", there is no one shoe that fits all, and great care, keeping in mind your audience, is required.

Other senior administrative positions in higher education may also carry the title of dean (or a lesser title such as associate dean or assistant dean). For example, many colleges and universities have a position known as "dean of students", who is in charge of student affairs, and a "dean of the faculty", who serves as the faculty's voice in the school's day-to-day administration.
