vedo adesso che i termini che chiedi (in alto) non coincidono con la citazione dell'originale che riporti sotto e che sarebbe così:
"Innovación docente e iniciación a la investigación educativa de Orientación Educativa"
C'è una bella differenza!

E quindi potresti dire: "Innovazione nella docenza e avvio alla ricerca didattica nell'Orientamento Educativo".
