I think لایه نمایش corresponds to 'presentation layer'. پشت صحنه sounds good for back-end, but then, you might want to use جلوی صحنه for front-end. It seems the transliterated forms فرانت‌اند and بک‌اند are also very common.

Thanks for your comment! I agree with لایه نمایش that you have mentioned but not with لایه پشت صحنه. because while it coveys the meaning, it is not very common to use in the field of computers and software.
