The right pertains particularly to the right to control commercial use of one's image and personal data.
Alternative: rights to control publication (and privacy) of one's image and personal data.
In some jurisdictions, the emphasis is on privacy.

Rights of the person

Explanation:
I am in agreement with the majority, there is no succinct equivalent term in English.

From the cover of "Direito de Personalidade" by Pedro Pais de Vasconcelos.

"Este livro trata do Direito de Personalidade, tanto na teoria como na prática. Aborda os mais profundos problemas jurídicos inerentes ao Direito de Personalidade, isto é, à posição da Pessoa, de cada uma das pessoas, no âmbito do Direito."

The issue is that the term is very broad. Page 35 gives a long list of possible rights under this heading that goes beyond mere intellectual or moral rights and includes habeas corpus, the right to social assistance, the right to legal assistance, and the right to peaceful enjoyment of physical possessions. Civil rights covers a lot of the examples, but not all.

If the translation does not allow you to expand upon the specific meaning in the particular context of the document then I would stick to something general, such as "rights of the person".

Merriam-Webster's definition of "personal rights" gets us closer to the full meaning, but "rights of the person" might come nearest the mark.
