Procuração= power of attorney

Substabelecimento = : "ato de transferir uma representação, delegação ou mandato" (...) "No substabelecimento o mandatário assemelha-se ao mandante" (...) "é constituido um submandato" (Vocabulário Jurídico, De Plácido e Silva 28ª Edição, pág. 1322); = subdelegation (of powers)

Já vi "substitution" como tradução de substabelecimento mas está errada, já que há substabelecimento com e sem reserva de poderes.

Cfr. Dicionário Marcílio que sugere "subagency; delegation of authority (to a subagent); appointment of a subagent"; com que não concordo a 100%:

i. delegation of authority (to a subagent) = subdelegation
ii. No contexto das procurações (powers of attorney), é de preferir "powers" em vez de "authority".
