Spanish term or phrase: facilitadora
Buenas tardes,

enabler/empowering

Explanation:
"Enabler" is a bit of a two-edged sword, because it can mean "one that enables (= empowers) another to achieve an end" in a positive sense, as well as its negative meaning of "one who enables another to persist in self-destructive behaviour". The latter is perhaps the most widely-recognised sense nowadays.
However, in psychology/psychiatry/psychotherapy, it is often the empowering sense that holds sway.

"As a positive term, "enabling" is similar to empowerment, and describes patterns of interaction which allow individuals to develop and grow. "

Example sentence(s):
  • We act as an enabler to help our customers gain access to the most up-to-date technology
  • In psychotherapy and mental health, enabling has a positive sense of empowering individuals,
