the routes of flavour Explanation: As they're talking about looking for flavour on the paths through the market in Catania, "routes of flavour" would also reference, through sound, the "roots" of the flavour - i.e. the origin of the produce - as well as the neural routes that flavour sensations take towards the brain. "Flavour routes" might also work. |

Savory streets Explanation: I don't think that, just because the Italian original uses two nouns, it is necessary to use two nouns in English as well. (Obviously, use "savoury" if the client prefers UK English.) |
