But if the document is a report and involves a Dr of any sort then I would suppose it to be as below: "Une recommandation initiale reçue a été reçue le (date) ... par lequel XXX était allée à l'école (...)" The report would explain that the first time the patient was referred to the Dr was due to the mentioned event. If after reading the document you agree with this statement, than "recommandation initiale" would be the correct terminology. |
