Me deparei com esse termo, nunca tinha ouvido falar, até perguntei para uns colegas de TI, seria fácil traduzir literalmente, serviços inteligentes de interconectividade, porém não existe entradas em português, e parece ser um tipo de serviço existente que desconheço, está em uma tradução jurídica, seria o tipo de prestação de serviço digamos assim.
