"Tutorização" (also found much more commonly in Spanish as "tutorización") is a rather antiquated term for securing the tract of a fistula and maintaining its patency either in preparation for surgery or to allow continued drainage of an infection. I would simply use "maintenance" and reword the rest—examples follow. You will only find "tutorization" in the translated literature.
