Spanish term or phrase: procederse a su liquidación
Hola,

(proceed to) dissolve the contract

Explanation:
Or "proceed to dissolve/terminate/resolve... (etc.) the contract"...

"In many cases the issuing party may proceed to terminate the contract, notwithstanding your dispute. "

Example sentence(s):
  • When the principal gives incorrect and/or incomplete information, V&G may –even in cases of good faith- proceed to dissolve the contract with the principal.
  • Registry will proceed to dissolve the contract due to breach of the same...

(Mex / Nic) deberá procederse a su liquidación
there is to be a terminal account taken of such (of the contracts wound up)

Explanation:
... the parties are to move to > steps will have to be taken > to take > (NB the 'double-take of) final accounts due as between the parties to the contracts nullified.

Preferably avoid a contracts 'wind-up' for British ('is this a wind-up' ? > provocation) consumption.

liquidación 3 assessment (of taxes) 4 severance pay (Mex. Gen. Lab-) Liquidar: pay off (West).

Doubtful that this is a vote non-pro question as the taking of accounts due meaning of liquidación - and spelt out on other prof. SPA translation sites and blogs - is often missed.
