"La segunda categoría se enmarca en para qué enseñar, permitiéndonos poder conocer la finalidad del aprendizaje y el ámbito motor de este."

In context, it looks as though it means something like "driving force" behind the learning, rather than the basic motor skills area. I suppose I could ask the authors, but since I've started this post, I'll just leave it here anyway.
