Albanian term or phrase: konceptoi
At the bottom of a legal notice, there is the name of the Information Officer who authorised it and also the name of the General Legal Secretary who 'konceptoi' - presumably it was the documents he 'konceptoi', but 'conceived' sounds weird in English.

What would you recommend? 'Prepared' or 'drafted'? Or just stick with 'conceived' even though it sounds unnatural?

‘compiled’, ‘drafted’ or ‘prepared’

Explanation:
“I agree that ‘conceived’ sound a little unusual; therefore, I recommend using ‘compiled’, ‘drafted’ or ‘prepared’ instead of ‘conceived’.”

Feel free to replace that word with any of the above-mentioned.
