The terminology used I believe is a bit different from that used in most Middle Eastern countries. I believe that متخلدات here are مؤخرات that is "arrears"
أقدمية usually translates as "seniority" or similar, but I believe it simply means "age" here. However, I would be interested to know if you believe "age of arrears" is a good translation, and if you either have better terminology for the same meaning, or if you fundamentally disagree with my line of thinking,

Loans are normally set in a form of priorities, to reflect flexiable payment methods with dates. For example payments of Loans in older dates should be cleared before those scheduled after.
