The law (against money laundering) is listing activities that financial institutions may carry out that are deemed to be transactions. (so it has already listed many other activities) In this phrase it is not clear to me:
- whether شراء أ, بيع applies to just الإيداع and إيجارis a new item on the list, or whether شراء أ, بيع applies to them both.
- whether إيجار in this context means rental, leasing or something else.
- I assume الخزائن are the funds of the institution, but I do not have a good translation.

Asker: Thank you very much Diya - I never thought of safe deposit boxes. I think in their case we talk about rental, leasing is for bigger things.
