disagree  Goran Senic: In Bosnia 'letim' very often has the meaning 'I'm moving very fast' or 'I'm running'. It cannot be translated literarily as 'I'm flying'.

agree  Goran Senic: Nedzad made a good point, there could be an ironic connotation as for the second part of the expression - it depends in which tone of voice it is pronounced – if it's ironic, the second part of the translation makes perfect sense.
